Medicare Consultants
We meet eligible Medicare employees on a group or individual basis to conduct a detailed review of Medicare Options versus the employees current health care coverage.
We have the employees review the Cost of their current coverage versus Medicare, the Benefits – which gives them richer more comprehensive coverage, Doctor/Hospital Choices, and the Convenience of the different types of plans.
We review laws and enrollment periods pertaining to the application for Medicare, Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D), Medicare Supplements, and Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C).
We assist employees with filing for Part A and/or Part B, if not automatically enrolled or have chosen not to elect coverage until a future date.
Benefit Consultant
We are able to evaluate employees and their families to see if other options are available that may be a cost savings to the employee, as well as the employer.
Other options may be Medicaid – the Healthy Start and Healthy Family Program in each state. We are familiar with each states programs and application processes. We will walk the employee through the application process and follow up to ensure that the application is being reviewed in a timely manner.
We assist those eligible for VA Benefits and haven’t already applied, get the application and start the process.
How do we know who is eligible?
We have a survey that is conducted at the worksite and then after analysis of that survey we are able to pinpoint which employees may be eligible for those types of additional or stand alone coverage’s.
At that point we set up confidential one-on-one meetings at the worksite with the employee to review what options may benefit them and/or their families.
New Hire Enrollment
We conduct New Hire Enrollment meetings to assist the new employee in understanding the coverage’s that are available to them and make a sound choice to fit their health care needs.
At that time we can also evaluate if the employee is able to qualify for any other available options.
